Bangladesh Navy is one of the key forces of Arm Forces to uphold national sovereignty of Bangladesh. For this reason, Bangladesh Government has furnished it with three dimensional Navies with huge numbers modern and latest ships, Submarines, Helicopters and surveillance establishments equipped with weapons and equipments, machinery of modern technology. Repair and Maintenance of these weapons, machinery and equipments of naval ships and establishments is the prime responsibly of Bangladesh Navy Dockyard. So BN Dockyard has a group of skill, expert and experienced technical workforce (Engineers and Technicians) who undertake these repair and maintenance works through many workshops of various capacities with latest repair facilities. Students of BNTI have privileged to obtain technical training (Theoretical and Practical) under these workshops and thereby they become an expert and skill technician within 06 months Technical training under this institute. So, students those who trained under this Institute will get the following:

• 1. Students will get the more practical training facilities compare to other similar institute during course; thereby they will be a skill, confident and expert technician within short period.
• 2. Bangladesh Navy has the demand of huge technical personal. So, students those who qualified from this Institute do better result in the Recruiting Process & get extra privilege to join the Navy or other government jobs within shortest time.
• 3. Ultimately, students can find a way to create an income source to survive in home and abroad within shortest possible time.
• Institute plays a vital role to guide and help the students to do better in the interview board. So, they get a job in the industries or other similar organization in home and abroad.
• 5. We ensure regular and timely attendance of students in the class and monitor the students about training progress.

• 7. Training briefing for the students is regularly conducted to exchange views and share any opinion between students and Principal and Teachers. Guardians are welcome to participate in the training briefing also.

• * নৌ বাহিনীর অবসরপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা/ ব্যবহারিক কাজে খুবই অভিজ্ঞ শিক্ষক দ্বারা ই›সটিটিউট এর শিক্ষা কার্যক্রম পরিচালিত হইতেছে।
• * নিয়ম শৃংখলা বজায় রাখিয়া মান সম্মত শিক্ষা দান এবং ০৬ মাস প্রশিক্ষণে স্বয়ং সম্পূর্ণ দক্ষ কারিগর তৈরীতে ই›সটিটিউট প্রতিশ্রæতিবদ্ধ।
• * মধ্যপ্রাচ্যসহ পৃথিবীর বিভিন্ন দেশে কর্মসংস্থানের বেলায় অত্র প্রতিষ্ঠান হইতে প্রাপ্ত সনদপত্র সর্বাধিক গুরুত্ব পাইতেছে।
• * কোর্স শেষে প্রশিক্ষণার্থীগণ দেশের বিভিন্ন সরকারি, আধাসরকারি/ স্বায়ত্বশাসিত প্রতিষ্ঠানে টেকনিশিয়ান হিসাবে অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে চাকুরী পাইতেছে।
