Bangladesh Navy has the plan to expand it from 06 months Trade Course Institute to 04 years Diploma level and subsequently Graduation level step by step in future. To achieve the Goal, constructing a Training Complex for conducting technical training smoothly and effectively is in active consideration of Naval Authorities. BNTI has primary plan to expand following Diplomas with the approval of Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB):

• 3. Diploma – In- Automobile Engineering
• 4. Diploma –In- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering
• 5. Diploma – In- Electrical Engineering
• 6. Diploma – In- Electronics Engineering
• 7. Diploma – In- Mechatronics Engineering
• 8. Diploma – In- Ship Building Engineering
• 9. Diploma – In- Marine Technology
• 10. Diploma – In- Civil Engineering
